Permanent Self-cleaning Panel

Feiteng permanent self-cleaning panel uses hydrophilic technology to remove the dirt on the coating surface to achieve the self-cleaning function of the panel surface, especially effective in humid and hot environments. Feiteng permanent self-cleaning panel can slow down the formation of water marks in rainy environment, and can minimize the daily cleaning and maintenance of building board surface. The previous Feiteng Nano self-cleaning panel uses the hydrophobic and anti-oil ability of the coating to reduce the contact area of dust and other dirt with the surface of the coating, thereby generating self-cleaning properties and having anti-graffiti function. Although the Feiteng permanent self-cleaning panel developed this time does not have anti-graffiti properties, it uses its long-term surface hydrophilicity to form a uniform water film through daily rain to remove surface stains.  So Feiteng permanent self-cleaning panel applied outdoors than the previous Feiteng nano self-cleaning panel has a more constant self-cleaning time, usually more than 5 years. 

The panel below in the video has a self-cleaning effect. When we wipe the rust with clean water, we can see the formation of a uniform water film, when it is used outdoors, it will be continuously washed by rainwater to achieve self-cleaning effect. The panel above does not have self-cleaning function, water droplets rather than uniform water films are formed in the case of water, when used outdoors, it will form tears when washed with rain and cause surface stains.

These panels are exposed to a vulnerable environment  for one year. Self-cleaning paint is used on the right side in Picture 1 and left side in Picture 2. The experiment results show that the panel with self-cleaning coating has better stain resistance.
